DES MOINES, Iowa - Cultivate by FarmHer is a national event that will bring together women from all walks of life who share a love for agriculture and a desire to collaboratively bring light to how their lifestyles are impacting the world around them. The event will be hosted June 26-28, 2017 in West Des Moines, IA at the Sheraton Hotel. Attendees will include producers, farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness professionals.

DES MOINES, Iowa – Joan Ruskamp, a farmer from Dodge, NE, was the first Nebraskan to be inducted into the FarmHer Hall of Fame. She was awarded during the Grow by FarmHer event, which was held in Lincoln, NE, on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.

FarmHer is pleased to announce the addition of Ali Luety and Josie Burgett as the 2016 summer communication interns. Throughout their internships, Ali’s primary responsibility will be managing the FarmHer community and sending out weekly newsletters, while Josie will focus on managing social media channels and updating the website.
