On this episode, Marji talked to a FarmHer with a different perspective. Meet Hillary Haddigan, Chief of Mission Effectiveness for Heifer International. Hear how she has spent her life working to educate and lift up FarmHers around the world and why Heifer International continues to support people not only across the world but right here in the United States as well.

Meet Hilary Haddigan

As Chief of Mission Effectiveness, Hilary leads Heifer’s development towards a results-based, data-driven organization.  Her work includes putting data central in Heifer’s strategy and performance framework; reporting towards impact; and the establishment of a rigorous evidence base that brings public visibility to Heifer’s accomplishments. Hilary brings 17 years of Heifer experience to this role, working in a number of different positions across the organization.  When the work seems challenging, Hilary likes to run. With 5 marathons completed Hilary has learned that with grit and determination – most anything is possible; if you just try! Prior to Heifer Hilary worked with Christian Aid in the UK, as a College Chaplain in inner-city London, with the Volunteer Missionary Movement in Zimbabwe, and as a teacher in the northwest of England - her homeland. Hilary has a Bachelors’ in Education from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s of Science in Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London.

FarmHer is proud to partner with Heifer International to support FarmHers all around the world. Heifer International's mission is to work with communities to end world hunger and poverty while caring for the earth. $10 from each shirt purchased will be donated directly to Heifer International.
