Amy and Beth Marcoot are seventh generation dairy farmers. In 2010, the Marcoot sisters opened the on-farm creamery to add value to their cows milk. Now the sisters along with their childhood best friend, Audie Wall, making a variety of cheeses and a new frozen product (called frozen whey ice) and provide tours for their guests. The dairy currently has 100 Jersey milking cows using Lely robotic milkers and primarily grazing management.
