On this episode, you'll hear from a few FarmHers who not only found their way back to the farm, but have transformed it. Host Marji and co-host Lexi meet Amy and Beth Marcoot and Audie Wall, the sister-friend trio behind the GREAT Gounda at Illinois’ Marcoot Jersey Creamery.

Amy and Beth Marcoot are seventh generation dairy farmers. In 2010, the Marcoot sisters opened the on-farm creamery to add value to their cows milk. Now the sisters along with their childhood best friend, Audie Wall, making a variety of cheeses and a new frozen product (called frozen whey ice) and provide tours for their guests.
