Nicole is Co-Founder and President of Throwback Brewery – a small, inspired farm, brewery, and restaurant on the Seacoast of NH, dedicated to crafting farm-fresh beer & food from local ingredients. Prior to starting Throwback Brewery, Nicole spent close to 20 years in the software industry – her last role being an executive at IBM, where she focused on product management, marketing, and evangelism. Nicole is the President of the New Hampshire Brewers’ Association and a recipient of the 2017 Business Excellence Award in Manufacturing from NH Business Review. Nicole holds an MBA and a BA from Dartmouth College.
