Return Policy

Returns, including refunds and exchanges, will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If we do not receive your refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, we will not refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not worn or washed and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged.
To initiate your return or exchange, please send your item(s) to the address below.


IMPORTANT: All returns and exchanges need to include your initial order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@farmher.freshdesk.com


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
If you need to exchange for the same item, send us your item with a note of the size you are exchanging for.

Gifts
If the item was given to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. If it is an exchange, the new item will be sent to you with no additional shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Proper return postage must be paid by customer at time of shipping. If a fee is to be assessed to FarmHer upon arrival to our post office for pick up, it will not be picked up until sufficient postage has been paid.
