Dirt Diaries EP #16: Digging in with Ag’s Most Okayest Farm Girls

Today I’ve got not one, but two amazing guests (and two girls I always love grabbing a beer with) — Annaliese Wegner and Courtney Feigl, hosts of Ag’s Most Okayest Farm Girls.

Annaliese is a Wisconsin dairy farmer, and Courtney is a cattlewoman with a heart for rural storytelling. Together, they’ve built a platform where women in agriculture can laugh, vent, and feel a little less alone.

In our conversation, we talk about everything from mom life and side hustles to mental health and family dynamics on the farm. We also dive into how they started their podcast, what it’s like to share their lives online, and the pride—and sometimes chaos—that comes with embracing the “okayest” parts of this agricultural lifestyle. And, of course, we play a few lighthearted games that showcase their unfiltered humor.

They’re relatable, they’re hilarious, and they’re reminding us that it’s okay not to have it all figured out.

Let’s get dirty with Annaliese and Courtney.
