FarmHER + RanchHER hosted “Making an Impact,” an inspiring panel discussion this year at NCBA CattleCon 2025, celebrating the influential contributions of FarmHERs + RanchHERs who are transforming the agricultural landscape through leadership, resilience, and sustainable livestock + land management practices. If you couldn’t attend the panel in person, you’re in luck! We’re excited to announce a special broadcast of “FarmHER + RanchHER: Making an Impact,” which premieres this Monday, March 31, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. ET on RFD-TV’s Rural America Live!
Moderated by Kirbe Schnoor, Host of FarmHER + RanchHER
Kirbe Schnoor, host of FarmHER + RanchHER, has worn many hats during her tenure at RFD-TV (and previously at The Cowboy Channel and The Cowgirl Channel). She reports at livestock shows across the country. She was a staple host on the TCC Tailgate Party during the National Finals Rodeo, The American, and Road to the Horse. She has spent summers traveling to rodeos to do sideline reporting.
Kirbe grew up on a farm in Central Valley, California. “We used to do a lot of diverse crops, and now it’s just strictly almonds,” she said. “I grew up bailing hay with my dad and my sisters, going through the tomato fields, the corn fields, you name it. California in the Central Valley, there’s a lot of diversity of agriculture, from produce to nuts to hay… all I’ve ever known is agriculture and farming.”
Meet the Panelists
Viewers will hear from four trailblazing women in agriculture as they share their journeys, challenges, and pivotal roles in feeding the world while caring for the land. From embracing innovative technologies to building thriving rural communities, these women are redefining agriculture and breaking barriers. Whether you’re an aspiring agriculturalist, an advocate for sustainability, or passionate about empowering women, this discussion will leave you inspired and equipped with fresh insights to support women driving positive change in farming and ranching.
